QUESTION: hey i need help get a tail and nose grab i cant reach
ANSWER: Hey Trevor, Streching is always a good idea and will help you in a lot of area's especially this one. Tail grabs take less flexibility but the hard part is knowing where your tail is. Before you take off, when your standing on the in-run just practice grabing tail without looking, just stand on one leg to balance and bring your other one up the same way you would do a normal cross in the air. Then if you can grab tail everytime on the ground without looking you just need to do that same cross in the air and you've got tail. Its all about knowing your body position in the air. For nose grabs there is a couple ways to do them I think the easiest is the mute nose grab deal, since your skis would be crossed its less length for your arm to strech to. The tough one is when you dont cross them and mostly this just take's flexibility, keep working on it and streching, you can try sliding your hand up once you grab lower, but I only suggest that to learn it, once you've got it, it feels much better to just grab the end first try without sliding. Have fun learning! P.S- 360 or a switch 5 would be a good trick to try these with, see if you can notice the difference between the way you cork with each different grab.

QUESTION: hey CR i am having some trouble hiting some 360 i can get the 270 but i just cant get the last 90 i need some help got any tips?
ANSWER: In order to get the full rotation of a 360, you have to set your shoulders and hips for 360 off the lip of the jump. Then look for your rotation with your head. Look around and around until you can spot your landing. Push your arms through to the full 360 degree rotation. Push your hands through to landing. Then invite all the girls you are stoked on, to come watch and see how rad you are. CR

QUESTION: wussup cr. howz it goin with comin back? are u gonna be at the x games this year? anyway. i need to get sponsored. do you have any tips?
ANSWER: Yes, I am going to be at the X-Games this year. I am hopefully going to compete halfpipe this year. If you need to get sponsored, my best suggestions are this: First, become the best skier that you can. You do not want to just be able to do things that already are being done. People are already sponsored for that. You have to be unique, and stand out in the industry. Do something that others are not doing. Then conduct yourself as best you can. Be a gentleman. Appreciate what you are getting as well. The ski industry doesn't owe anyone anything for the stuff they can do. Be happy with what you get, but don't let companies take advantage of you. Stay positive, skiing is not about getting sponsroed. Your best motivation is to be the best skier you can, opposed to being sponsored. Your drive should be to want to be your personal best, not recognized by a company. CR
