JULIAN IN SOUTH AMERICA:
Filming for The Levitation Project and give photo credit to Will Wissman (the mutha fu!*in Mongoose)
We have been in Las Lenas for about a week. I must say it was a super crazy experience getting here; 9 dudes with 35 bags, 2 plane rides, 79 taxis, and a 14 hour bus ride. We are in a weather cycle right now and I am looking at snow falling out the window - they are calling for heavy snow tonight. And when it snows here, it snows crazy. We skied 2 feet of pow a few days ago that fell overnight. We are filming with the Levitation Project, Levitation rallied up some sick snowboarders Bode Merrill, Phil Damianakes, and Austen Granger and sick skiers Billy Poole and Mike Wilson. Photographers Adam Clark (A-rod) and Will Wissman (Mongoose) plus ex-TGR cinemetographer Dustin Handley. The mountains here are incredible - when you are in South America it is a culture shock and then you get to Las Lenas and you have a Mountain shock - lots of vert, no trees, and just different but kick-ass. And the clubs here don't open until 2am - this place off the hill is like the Aspen and Las Vegas of South America. We are here til September 1st !! We just got to be aware of the YELLOW FEVER !!
